NOE is an early-access product, currently onboarded by hand rather than open self-signup. These terms are intentionally short — this is a small early-access group, not a mass-market product yet.
You must own the rights to (or have permission to use) any story, image, voice, likeness, or brand asset you submit. Don't use NOE to generate illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, harassment, or anything you don't have the right to make.
You own the videos, images, and audio you generate through NOE, subject to the section above and to the terms of the underlying AI providers whose models you choose to use for a given project.
NOE is in active development. Features change, generations can fail or need a retry, and we don't currently guarantee uptime or availability. If something breaks, tell us — early access exists so we can fix things fast.
Early access does not carry a fixed price today. If and when paid tiers launch, terms and pricing will be communicated to you directly before anything is charged.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll tell active users directly rather than silently editing this page.
